In this process, the leather bowl plays a role in sealing and isolating, ensuring that hydraulic oil and nitrogen do not mix. At the same time, the compressibility of nitrogen is utilized to achieve the function of storing and releasing energy in the accumulator, achieving the effect of stabilizing pressure, reducing hydraulic oil impact, and buffering.
The use of diaphragm for breaking hammer
• Installing the leather bowl: Before installation, it is necessary to ensure that the inside of the accumulator is clean, free of impurities and oil stains. During installation, the leather bowl should be correctly placed inside the accumulator to ensure good sealing and a tight fit with the inner wall of the accumulator. Then, tighten the accumulator cover or related fixing components according to the prescribed steps and torque.
• Precautions for use: Before use, check whether the leather bowl is damaged, aged, or deformed. If there are any problems, replace it in a timely manner. At the same time, it is necessary to regularly check the nitrogen pressure inside the accumulator to ensure that it is within the normal range, as abnormal nitrogen pressure can affect the working condition of the cup and even cause damage to the cup. During the operation of the breaking hammer, avoid subjecting it to severe impact and vibration to prevent additional pressure and damage to the leather bowl. After the work is completed, if any abnormalities are found in the leather bowl, such as nitrogen leakage or nitrogen mixed into the hydraulic oil, the machine should be stopped in time for inspection and maintenance.
