Accuracy of purchasing seals:

1. Direction of Motion - First determine the direction of motion where the seal is located, such as reciprocating, rotating, spiral, or fixed.
2. Key sealing points - such as determining whether the movable point is in the inner diameter of the rod seal or the movable point is in the outer diameter of the piston seal.
3. Temperature level - Refer to the original mechanical usage instructions or evaluate the working temperature according to the actual working environment to determine the required materials. For instructions on temperature levels, please refer to the following precautions for production users.
4. Pressure Level - Refer to the original mechanical usage instructions for relevant data, or infer the working pressure level by observing the softness, hardness, and structure of the original seal. For instructions on pressure levels, please refer to the following precautions for production users.
5. Size - Most users will choose based on used old samples, but the original size of the seal will be greatly affected by factors such as temperature, pressure, and wear after a period of use. Sample selection can only be used as a reference. A better method is to measure the size of the metal groove where the seal is located, which will have higher accuracy.
