The grid ring is usually composed of a composite rubber O-shaped sealing ring and a square sealing ring filled with polytetrafluoroethylene. It can be divided into a hole grid ring and a shaft grid ring, but its sealing effect is the same. According to its own deformation, it generates high initial contact stress on the sealing surface, preventing the leakage of pressureless liquid. When the hydraulic cylinder is in operation, the pressure liquid compresses the square sealing ring to the maximum extent through the elastic deformation of the O-ring, causing it to closely adhere to the sealing surface and generate a higher additional contact stress that increases with the pressure of the pressure liquid. Together with the initial contact stress, it blocks the leakage of the pressure liquid.
