Installation Steps For The Inner Sleeve Of The Crushing Hammer

1. Remove the old hammer head from the crushing hammer.
2. Install a new wear-resistant hammer head.
3. Insert the hammer head of the alloy crusher into the middle of two rotor discs, hang them one by one, and adjust the position of the hammer head by tapping to avoid misalignment between the shaft and the hammer head pin hole.
4. Place the new hammerheads in the appropriate positions for each row, with plugs on both sides to secure them and prevent the spindle from rotating.
5. After putting it on, the wear-resistant alloy hammer head is installed.
