YX shaped sealing ring YX shaped sealing ring is a Y-shaped sealing ring with a ratio of cross-sectional height to width greater than 2 and an unequal height between the working and non working lips. It is divided into YX shaped sealing rings for holes and YX shaped sealing rings for shafts. Its sealing performance is the same. In addition to all the advantages of a Y-shaped sealing ring, the YX shaped sealing ring never rolls when used alone, further improving its pressure resistance and working stability. Therefore, the YX shaped sealing ring is particularly suitable for hydraulic cylinders with high pressure, high-speed variable pressure, and fast motion.
Self sealing tight hydraulic seal: Lip type seal, like self sealing compression hydraulic seal, generates high initial contact stress on the sealing surface due to its own deformation, preventing the leakage of pressureless liquid. When the hydraulic cylinder is working, the pressure liquid squeezes and opens its sealing lip, causing it to closely adhere to the sealing surface and generate a higher additional contact stress that increases with the pressure of the pressure liquid. Together with the initial contact stress, it prevents the leakage of the pressure liquid.
The commonly used combination seals for hydraulic cylinders are mainly Lei rings, Ge Lai rings, and ST seals.
